Hello, I'm Nicole!

I live here in New Orleans with my husband where I own and operate Dolly Dog Training. We have a 2 year old mixed breed dog named Nemo and a 10 year old cat named Twitch. I cannot imagine life without my animals as they're a constant source of love and entertainment.

My career began in 2010 and over the years I have witnessed a variety of different training methods. Personally, I believe that in training one must find a balance. I educate clients and train dogs with the Least Intrusive Minimally Aversive (L.I.M.A) approach. In the dog training community it is imperative to acknowledge that, like many other things in life, there is not one size training tool or method that fits all perfectly.

 

That is not to say that dogs are incapable of all learning the same way- they are. However, it has been my experience that not all clients learn the same way. Furthermore, some clients are in a position where they need short term solutions very quickly while others may be committed for the very long haul. No matter the circumstance it's my job to help you achieve your dog training goals.
